This is the same framework I used to end my seemingly endless search for my purpose and FINALLY find my own calling as a career coach - and bigger than that is the impact it’s making. This is the foundation for the entire program. You’ll get clear on who you are and see yourself and your experiences in a new light, and gain clarity on what you really want in your career.

Phase 02 - Gaining Career Confidence

This is where you’ll experience the necessary transformations within yourself so you can confidently and courageously make your next career decision and pursue your career dream.

  • I - Imagine and explore your new reality (weeks 4)

Phase 03 - Creating Your Transition Plan

This is where you’re fully committed and pressing the accelerator. You’ll set clear goals, and then put your manageable plan into action. It’s time for your career dream to become a reality.

This program is deeply rooted in coaching and the belief that you already have your own unique answers within yourself so it’s a highly personalized approach to shaping your life-aligned career. Besides the various tools, techniques, and exercises you’ll receive, the magic really comes from the powerful questions and transformations that happens in the weekly group coaching sessions.

What’s inside the program

  • You will receive a new lesson every week corresponding to the 6 pillars of the D.E.S.I.R.E. Path. This will be accompanied by a workbook with exercises / tools / techniques for you to work through and implement during that week ahead.

  • Each week, there’ll be a live group coaching session where you’ll receive coaching on your questions from that week. You’ll also have the opportunity to get 1:1 coaching within the group setting.

  • Connect inside The Career D.E.S.I.R.E. Catalyst Facebook Group where all the training calls, group coaching sessions, and any materials will be accessible to you.   • Only you know the answer to this question. When you’re ready for a career change, you’ll know. The fact that you’re asking the question is a hint that, yes, you’re in need of a change. Other signs include you’re bored or frustrated at work, you’re wondering if this is all there is to life, and you don’t wake up excited every morning to do your work.   • Absolutely. We dive into this at the very beginning of the program and help you uncover what you want to do and find that purpose and dream career for you.

  • That’s great! You’ll get even more clarity on the specifics of your dream career and perhaps even end up expanding that dream - it happens more often than you might think! And then you’ll work through any limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving your dream. And you’ll walk away with clear action steps in the form of a transition plan to get you to where you want to go!

  • That’s expected! And many others will be working a 9-5 while doing this program as well. You should expected to spend between 2-4 hours on the material and sessions each week.

  • That’s totally okay! Each call and session will be recorded and uploaded to the private FB group where you can watch it at a more convenient time for you. You can also submit any questions ahead of a live group coaching session to get your questions answered even if you aren’t able to attend. That way, you’ll always get answers to your questions.
