THE DECISION SESSION
You’ve been going back and forth on this long enough.
One session. One decision. Your life moving again.
IS THIS YOU?
There's a decision that's been sitting in the background of your life.
You've thought it through. You've talked it through. You've made the mental pros and cons list more times than you can count. And you're still not moving — not because you don't care, but because something keeps getting in the way. The fear of getting it wrong. The weight of what choosing would mean for someone else. The waiting for a certainty that keeps not arriving.
Meanwhile everything feels slightly on hold. Your energy goes into managing the back and forth instead of actually living.
If any of this sounds familiar — keep reading.
IMAGINE THIS:
You leave your session having said the decision out loud — not just thought it, but actually said it — and it feels real in a way it hasn't before.
The loop has stopped. Not because everything is certain, but because you've finally chosen and you're moving.
You know exactly what you're doing in the next 48 hours. Not a five-step plan — one clear next move that puts the decision into the world.
You feel lighter. Not because the path ahead is easy, but because you're no longer suspended between two lives.
That's what the Decision Session is for.
HERE’S WHAT’S ACTUALLY HAPPENING:
The problem almost never is that you don't know.
Somewhere underneath the noise — the analyzing, the seeking, the going back and forth — there's usually something you already sense is true. Fear is what's drowning it out. And when you try to think your way through fear, you get more noise. More options. More reasons to wait.
What actually moves things is a structured way of moving through the fear — not fighting it, not ignoring it — so that what you already know can surface. And then trusting that knowing enough to act, without waiting for certainty that real decisions don't come with.
That's what happens in a Decision Session.
HOW IT WORKS:
Before we meet
You'll complete a short intake form after booking — five honest questions that form the foundation of our session.
In the session
We spend 90 focused minutes on the one decision you've been stuck on. We don't just talk about it — we move through it in a structured way that gets underneath the surface version of the problem to what's actually in the way. You leave having said your decision out loud, with one concrete action you're taking within 48 hours.
After we meet
Within 48 hours I'll send a short written note capturing what shifted, what you decided, and what you're doing next — something to hold onto when doubt arrives.
THIS IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:
You have one specific situation you've been going back and forth on — a relationship, a career, a life direction — and you can name it even if you can't resolve it.
You've been thinking about this long enough to be tired of the loop.
You already sense what might be true but can't seem to trust it or act on it.
You want to actually move, not just feel better about being stuck.
You're ready to be honest — including about the things you've been least willing to look at directly.
THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF:
You're in genuine crisis or need ongoing therapeutic support — this is not therapy.
You're at the very beginning of figuring out what you want from life with no sense of direction yet.
You're looking for someone to tell you what to decide.
You have five equally urgent decisions with no clear primary one — DM me first if that's where you are.

FAQ
-
Most people leave with a decision they've said out loud. Some leave with something equally valuable — finally understanding what's actually in the way, or realizing the real decision is different from the one they thought they were making. If the session raises more than it resolves, I'll be honest with you about that and we'll figure out what makes sense next. I also offer a 30-minute follow-up conversation if something important surfaces after we meet.
-
No. This is focused on one specific decision and on helping you move. It's not ongoing emotional support, trauma processing, or mental health treatment. If what you're carrying needs that kind of support, I'll say so honestly.
-
A friend cares about the outcome. They have opinions, history with you, and a stake in your situation. I come in without any of that — which means I can see things that are invisible from inside your story. I'll also ask you things your friends probably won't, and name what I notice without needing to protect the relationship.
-
That's exactly who this is for. Knowing and doing are different problems, and this session is built specifically for the gap between them.
-
If you have one specific thing you've been stuck on and you've been thinking about it long enough to be tired of the loop — this is probably right for you. DM me if you're unsure and I'll give you a straight answer.
-
After you book, you'll receive a short intake form. Fill it in honestly — including the things you haven't quite said out loud yet. That's your preparation. You don't need to arrive with anything figured out.
-
Because this isn't open-ended coaching. It's one focused session on one specific decision, using a structured process designed to move something real. You don't leave with homework or a plan to think about — you leave with a decision said out loud and one action committed to. That's a different experience from most coaching.
-
The gap between deciding and doing is information, not failure. If you complete your session and find you still can't move, reach out. That gap usually means something surfaced that we didn't fully get to in the session — and that's worth looking at together.

ABOUT LIZZIE:
I left a career in finance with no plan. I've moved countries on instinct, stayed too long in things I'd already outgrown, and made moves that looked reckless and turned out to be exactly right. I've been in the gap between knowing and moving more times than I can count — and I know what it costs to stay there.
What I've learned:
the problem almost never is not knowing. It's fear drowning out what you already know. And there's a structured way through that — faster and more effective than thinking your way through it alone.
I work with people who've been stuck in a decision and help them finally move. The Decision Session is where we do that together.
YOU’VE BEEN IN THIS LOOP LONG ENOUGH.
90 minutes. One decision. Finally moving.
